Farm to Family Foods is run in compliance with current Florida regulations regarding the sale of raw milk. As such, it is important that you understand the following items, regarding your participation in the club. By purchasing through us, you consent that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

• Farm to Family Foods does not sell raw milk. By participating in the bi-weekly ordering you are purchasing your raw milk directly from the supplier, along with other suppliers. Farm to Family Foods' role is to  coordinate on behalf  of its members to meet a group order minimum.
• Farm to Family Foods accepts no responsibility or liability for the handling and/or consumption of raw milk or raw milk products or other products. Please note that raw milk is sold "not for human consumption" in the state of Florida.
• Distribution: Distribution is in West Palm Beach. The arrival time will be sent to all that sign-up  ​to receive it (Register for the reminder texts here [Standard cellular service rates, apply]). In addition, If you are not able to retrieve your goods at the appointed time (usually 12:00pm for West Palm Beach) or within 30 minutes of drop-off, you may opt for Convenience Option ($5.25/order). The Convenience P​ick-U​p location​ can be found below. Hub Pickup is limited in space and may not always be available. Address of Hub location will be sent via text message.
  
  Items will be distributed from Farm to Family Foods' Orders. Order correctness should be confirmed by member before leaving  ​the ​ distribution site. Member will be responsible for their goods after time of distribution (announced time plus 30-minute window). If any items are left behind, they will be taken to the Alternate Wellington Hub​ and the convenience fee will be applied to the order. After the member-selected hub's distribution ends, all items will be considered forfeited. All items should be inspected at pickup. If there are any quality or order discrepancies, please report them to the coordinator, at that time. For any items not available (that are reported at time of pickup), the member will receive a credit coupon for the amount of the product for use on www.farmtofamilyfoods.org. The coupon may be used as early as the next distribution, and will not expire.
